Everything in Lollipop Sprinkles is made to order and fully made by hand.  If an issue arises with our product please email us and we will do our best to fix the problem at hand. Any order will be refunded AFTER product is returned. My customers happiness is important! But please understand as a handmade small business owner I must have some policies in place.
